Contingency days are built into the timetable by the examining boards in the event of national or significant local disruption. All students must be available until Wednesday 24 June 2026 should an awarding body need to invoke its contingency plan.

All Year 9 students are assigned a Unique Learner Number (ULN) in preparation for end-of-course assessments. A Personal Learning Record (PLR) provides a verified record of achievements and qualifications.
