Early Help
At Goldington Academy, we recognise the importance of Early Help in offering support to meet the needs of students.
Early Help is everybody’s responsibility: together we ensure that children, young people, and their families are safe, happy, and ready for school, work, and life’s challenges. Effective Early Help resolves problems before they become overwhelming and result in worry, stress, low self-esteem, poor attendance, and lost learning time. Early Help enables children to be ready for school and more likely to achieve their full potential.
Goldington Academy Early Help Provision
Goldington Academy offers a range of Early Help interventions to support pupils and families. These include pastoral support, mentoring, targeted workshops, and access to external services through Bedford Borough Early Help.
Bedford Borough Early Help
We work closely with Bedford Borough Early Help to provide additional support, guidance, and intervention for pupils and families who need it. This collaborative approach ensures that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
